Small businesses need help with many things. Take strategic planning. Too often, there’s not enough time to do it, and business owners lack the tools to do it well.
Does that sound like you? (I know it sounds like me.) Well, help is here. Zoho Corporation, a leading technology company offering numerous small business solutions, just released an updated version (with over 100 enhancements) of Zoho Analytics—its self-service business intelligence (BI) and analytics platform.
The updates include “powerful new AI and ML capabilities, enabling diagnostic insights, predictive analysis, and automated report and dashboard generation.” Plus, the new Zoho Analytics features a “custom machine learning (ML) model-building studio, seamless integration with Open AI, and third-party BI platform extensions.
The company says this new version of Zoho Analytics has added power, intelligence, and flexibility. These features can help you with your strategic planning, which can help you gain a competitive edge.
Raju Vegesna, Zoho’s Chief Evangelist, explains that since 2009, when Zoho Reports, the predecessor to Zoho Analytics, was launched, Zoho has invested in powerful features like automation, no-code/low-code development, third-party integration, machine learning, and Zia, Zoho’s in-house AI engine. This latest version of Zoho Analytics incorporates all of these investments. The result, Vegesna says, “is a democratized platform that is powerful, intelligent, flexible, and simple to use.”
The latest version of Zoho Analytics has advanced across four key areas: Data Management, AI, Data Science & Machine Learning, and Extensibility. One of the notable updates is the introduction of Generative AI capabilities across the BI platform.
The new version of Zoho Analytics is available immediately. Check out the latest pricing information. You can learn more here.
