AI Masterclass: Empowering Business Leaders With Future-Ready Skills

3 Mins read

In a world where artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming the norm, business leaders are looking for ways to embrace and integrate this powerful technology into their business models. Yet, exploring such a novel innovation is often easier said than done. Especially for those with little to no background in AI, exploring this technology can feel like voyaging into a strange land without a map. Thankfully, resources like the AI Masterclass can help business leaders prepare for their exploration of AI.

The artificial intelligence industry is expected to grow massively in the next decade. According to Statista, the expected market size for artificial intelligence could reach over $826 billion by 2030.

However, improving their AI skills will benefit not only tech professionals working directly with artificial intelligence but also business leaders in virtually every industry. The new paradigm of AI has touched virtually every industry, and embracing this technology will allow business leaders to gain a precious competitive advantage.

Enter AI Masterclass, a collaboration between NYU’s School of Professional Studies and Intellibus that will equip senior leaders with the knowledge they need to navigate the uncharted territory of an AI-powered world. Participants will walk away from the program feeling more comfortable and confident with artificial intelligence tools and understanding how to use these technologies to support their companies’ growth. Most importantly, the content is designed to be accessible, avoiding jargon and always focusing on “How can I use this on Monday?”

What is AI Masterclass?

Through AI Masterclass, participants can deepen their AI expertise and gain a more robust understanding of AI technologies and their comprehensive impact. This understanding will prepare participants to become more effective leaders, ready to help navigate their organizations through the coming wave of AI-driven change. They will walk away with the tools and knowledge they need to leverage AI’s exponential opportunities and avoid its existential risks.

Indeed, one of the main focuses of this year’s session is ethical leadership in the era of AI. Considering the regulatory uncertainty surrounding artificial intelligence, this is one of the chief challenges facing AI leaders today. AI Masterclass participants will learn strategies to develop a strong ethical framework for AI implementation and governance, not only in terms of compliance with relevant national and international regulations but also internal standards that go above and beyond the minimum expected by law.

However, the core of the AI Masterclass is designed to help business leaders master the AI-driven future and how it relates to their organizations. It teaches them how to apply artificial intelligence solutions to specific organizational challenges and opportunities. Thanks to the diverse set of experts involved in the instruction of AI Masterclass, leaders from virtually any line of work will find insights helpful to their specific industries.

The AI Masterclass program is designed for senior leaders, C-suite executives, board members of listed and large private organizations, and senior leaders from government agencies and NGOs. Essentially, this program is for anyone who wants to prepare their organization for an AI-driven future. Better yet, success in the program does not require any AI or coding experience or knowledge. Leaders from any industry can benefit from the insights and guidance provided by the expert panelists that will soon be announced for the spring 2025 session.

Still, perhaps the most valuable opportunity for participants in the AI masterclass is the chance to strategically network with industry leaders, from peers looking to be at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation to the thought leaders who have blazed a trail in the adoption of AI across industries. These connections can become long-lasting mentorships or other business relationships that change their future in their industry.

AI Masterclass 2025

The spring 2025 edition of AI Masterclass will be held in April 2025, starting with two weeks of online learning from April 10-23, followed by the three-day live workshop in New York City from Friday to Sunday, April 25-27. This schedule makes the AI Masterclass perfectly convenient for working professionals, minimizing the time they have to take off from work for travel.

Participants will delight in the hybrid-taught AI Masterclass instructed by world-class faculty comprising experienced educators and industry experts with in-depth knowledge of AI and business. These instructors utilize a highly interactive teaching style, combining action learning, live cases, lectures, and classroom discussion with bite-sized self-learning elements. And, of course, as part of the in-person workshop days, participants will enjoy and engage in panels with some of the world’s most experienced and knowledgeable AI experts, allowing them to keep the conversation going.

AI Masterclass already had one massively successful session in October 2024, and the teams at NYU SPS and Intellibus are confident that the program will be even better in its Spring 2025 session. Now is the time to apply for the AI Masterclass for April 2025 because spots will fill up. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be a part of leading the age of AI.
